COMMISSIONS ARE: CLOSED

terms of service

Before you decide to commission me, it's very important that you read my TOS.
If any of these terms is not followed, I reserve the right to stop the painting process and consider the commission finished.
My TOS is subject to change without notice.
Last update: 20/07/2026

Basics

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client. I don't sell or are required to send any physical copies of the artwork. Before commissioning me, make sure you're able to pay.If payment is split into 2 (above 200€), once I receive the first deposit, I'll start with the drawing process. Second payment must be sent before I send the art piece. If second (or first) payment isn't received within 48 hours, your commission will be dropped without refunds. If your character is extremely detailed (categorised as "complex" according to my judgement), I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request. If, during the painting process, added details or changes are requested that were not negotiated at the beginning of the commission process, I have the right to charge an additional fee to be paid before the files are sent to you, the client. My work is not allowed to be used as an NFT or any other type of blockchain. It's also not allowed to be used to train AI image generating software.Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents. My working hours are not defined as of 2026. I'm a student with responsibilities that I prioritise over my work. I may work during the week or during weekends. I may take a commission and start the week after. I'm not obligated to work on any commission following the client's preferences.Estimate delivery, if not stated otherwise otherwise, will be between 1-4 weeks by default. This includes even the quickest of sketches, as it doesn't represent the total estimated tome it takes to draw, but the timeframe in which I, the artist, will have time to sit down and work on your commission. For more information on delivery times, ask me directly or check the commissions page. You are responsible for the purchased artwork files you'll be sent. I cannot guarantee the integrity of the files I own of the art, and I am not required to save and store copies of the commissioned art. (However, If I do, I can send the file again if you've lost/deleted the file by accident)

Fees

Complexity fee: If your character is complex (would require me to spend additional time to draw correctly) I will charge you more for it. A character's complexity can be in their structure, their colour pattern or objects/items within their design. This fee depends on the character's design, with a minimum charge of 5€.No-reference fee (10€): If you do not have a proper reference for your character, an extra fee will be added to compensate the time and effort that it takes to figure out your characters design. This does not apply to reference sheet commissions. To avoid this fee, you can find a "free to use" lineart base online (many artists share their bases for people to use) and colour it. Another way to avoid this fee is to provide a drawing of your oc, without shading, showing the part that needs to be drawn (i.e. you want a headshot, you don't own a ref sheet but you have an unshaded icon where the relevant features are showcased)Late edits fee: This is applied to edits made out of the phase they were supposed to be made in. For example, as I'm sketching, structural changes can be made (pose, expression, clothes...). If structural changes are to be done when that phase is over, a fee will be added. This fee will be discussed privately depending on the nature of the edits. To avoid this fee, make sure to provide proper feedback and communicate with me your ideas.Alternative versions fee: The price depends on the nature of the alt and the level of rendering. Alts include: Changing the colour on shaded pieces (painted, regular render or full render), changing expressions, adding a specific detail, nsfw versions... Alts can be asked at any point, even for work that has already been completed.

work process

You will have to provide enough references and information: images, photos, doodles, sketches...etc.A written document must be provided with all the relevant details of the commission. This way be an actual document or a text message.I will not tolerate: ghosting, lazy responses, vague responses, angry demands, delay in payment, rude behaviour, insults...etc.Each time I send a WIP to a client, I ask the client to provide feedback to me. (Feel free to ask for WIP images at any time).Structural changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage. Any changes that do not belong to its stage will be paid for before the commission is sent to the client.Any changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

payment and refunds

I do not accept payment from shared PayPal accounts.Payment can be done with PayPal or a direct transfer (prices are in euros € ) You are responsible for making currency conversions if needed.Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.Payment will be upfront or split into 2 (above 200€): first half at the very beginning of the commission process and the other half right before you are given the art piece/design.Payment plans may be discussed privately.I don't do refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission. You are NOT authorised to issue a chargeback for any reason.Because of all of the things mentioned above: think carefully before you decide to ask for a commission.

copyright and usage

You may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.You may not claim my work as your own.I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.By accepting these T.O.S you give me permission to post WIP images, the final artwork, recordings of it and uncensored versions of it (if they exist), as well as any other content related to the art piece and it's creation to my socials BY DEFAULT. If the client does NOT want their art to be displayed on my socials they must say so before making the payment. I respect peoples wishes for their art to be enjoyed only by them, simply tell me before paying. The term above also applies for streaming: if you do NOT wish for your artwork to be streamed, this must be discussed before payment. My work is for personal use ONLY by default: social media icon, wallpaper, a cool print on your wall...etc.If the art is going to be used for commercial purposes or for financial gain, this must be discussed before the commission process starts, and the price will vary. You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.I sign my work. My signature can be minimised but not removed.

Want to be surprised? Do you like the stuff I make?
With this tier you will receive a piece on which you allow me to make choices, experiment and express myself for your commission. If you want to proceed with this type of commission and want me to make a piece around a character of yours, it'd be very helpful to have their personality or story explained.
